Gorgeous HEALTHY snake. What ever he was doing Exaggerated her Spider wobble. With time in a few weeks you will notice little wobble until feeding.

Nothing wrong with that snake but what he did to her.

Oh I'm so glad she made it back. She's precious! The wobble isn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I wish I had one like her.

I see an alert, active, healthy, beautiful snake. I'm not into BP but that is a beautiful snake. I do not see anything at all wrong with her. That just proves to me that what ever happened to her before was HIS fault and that the whole vet trip was a scam. If I was into BP I would not hesitate to buy an animal from you.

Not turning her upside down repeatedly and not shoving a tube down her throat= happy and healthy snake.

Who would have thought??

Happy she is home. I hope Thomas did not win his case with the credit card co. Some people should never have animals or children.

I am also glad to see you got her back safe & sound.....I don't see a single thing wrong with that snake other than being a *tiny* bit underweight (no doubt a result of Thomas' poor husbandry skills).

Here are the emails he sent me today:

The first at 1:46 PM

I hope you accept it and look after her while the review process happens. I think when you see her you will see that she is healthy besides the issues I described. I would like you to go to the hub and pick her up.

Your advertisement has a 30 day return policy. I contacted you within that time frame to initiate the return. I just want to let you know I am operating within the terms of the agreement I paid for. If you don't accept yellow back you are not following your own terms.
And the second at 5:09 PM

You know I am really sorry about this, and the mess it has caused. I know I may have pissed you off by bring paypal into it in the beginning. But then you definitely crossed the line with me by starting that thread. I don't care what happens on fauna on a regular basis. Those are not my rules. My rules are for privacy. I don't want my address online. You can see my public address is different for a reason. That was one of the things that really pissed me off. As you can probably see by now, the snake is not as bad as you think she was. All of you assumptions were wrong. I don't know if it was just an act to keep my money of if you really believed that.

Like I said I feel bad for what we both had to go though, and the snake, so I apologize if you feel i insulted you in anyway.
The reason I thought she was coming tomorrow (Wednesday), from that other thread..
Quote:
Rob your getting the snake back on wednesday
And me, repeatedly:
Quote:
1. If the snake is healthy and you are dissatisfied, I will refund the purchase price upon return of her to me (at your expense).

2. If the snake is sick, was sick, has been sick, I will refund your money and pay for return shipping.
Seems like those bits I colored in, above, are admitting buyer's remorse, no?

She has IBD, she's dying, she's defective, junk, I'm pathetic, she never should have been sold,....

Were there any others, or is that about it?
