Juan,
I encourage you to report the incident through Wildlife Alert either by phone or online. Even though it appears there may not be any animals directly involved, once it is reported, FWC officers will investigate and they can determine whether or not it is under their jurisdiction or if it should be handed over to the sheriff's office or local police department. When you report the incident, please have as much information available as you can, like the name of the business, the name of the owner, the location of ads placed, etc. You can report suspected wildlife law violations of any type through the statewide, toll-free, 24-hour Wildlife Alert hotline at 1-888-404-FWCC. Report violations online by visiting
http://myfwc.com/ABOUT/LE/About_LE_Alert.htm.
Thank you,

Sorry, perhaps I didn't make my myself clear enough. This guy is using his business post ad to sell animals he doesn't have and he is collecting funds on these ads. Hence fraudulent business practices which are illegal yet not necessarily directly wildlife law violations unless wildlife laws prevent you from such practices.
Thank you in advance for whatever information you can provide
Juan

Florida has some of the most stringent laws in the U.S. to protect captive wildlife. Investigators routinely inspect captive wildlife facilities to ensure compliance with the captive wildlife regulations. When violations are encountered, appropriate enforcement action is taken. Hi if a reptile merchant self admitted in a very public and very well documented form that he is very boldly engaging in fraudulent business practices would this be grounds for the revocation of whatever permits pertaining to his busines?
If so how would I go about it filing a report to begin the process of having this done?
Thanks for your time.
