Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

he has ads up on craigslist with that number listed. I live somewhat close to him and my dad is state trooper in the area maybe we could stop by and see whats going on. a friendly knock on the door wouldnt hurt.
If you choose to do that act swiftly because he is probably reading this even tho he has been banned.

Contact this lady,find out who owns the property that Billy is living at, and contact them. Ask them why someone is sending illegal snakes from their property thru USPS,or why someone is using that address to scam people.
