Has anyone heard about Zion Reptiles

I don't know how accurate the dates are for registration, but it looks like topdragon123 has been a member since June 2002. If that's accurate why didn't he make a bad guy post back then.

OK, I guess that makes sense. I'm thinking you just worded it wrong, because you previously said you didn't know "about" this site. Not that you "didn't know how to use it." Now for another question. Now I'm not saying you had a less than favorable deal with David. You may or may not had a "deal go wrong" and you feel ripped off. Putting that aside, because you haven't put down the details of your dealings, have you at any point in time ever contacted MPI Exotics? You don't have to know them to contact them. Since you've stated you don't know them I must beleive you on that. It just seems to me that the other thread got a lot of traffic and prehaps you read it. Maybe, since you weren't happy with your dealing with David Pollard you might have contacted MPI. I don't know if that's what happend, but David claims he hasn't used Zion Reptiles in a while. If what David claims is true I'm just trying to figure out how MPI might have known David Pollard and Zion Reptiles are the same person. Taking all this into consideration then maybe MPI was trying to find others that may have been less than happy with David. Right now this thread "looks" like a way to take attention away from the sickly geckos that were supposedly sent to David Pollard. If you actually did contact MPI then this thread would look like, "Hey he screwed this guy maybe he did it to someone else!!" Do you see what I'm getting at here??

Not that it really makes too much of a difference, but I just thought I'd point out something.
Everyone seems to be harping on the change of names, but is a business name vs a personal name really changing business names? I mean what Jesse Underhill does is one thing, or if one week he's Bryce Reptiles the next it's Zion Reptiles...but alternating between his real name and a business name is not too incriminating in my opinion. I dont know if it counts as "changing names". Or maybe I'm missing something?
For several years I posted and sold under my last name (Pennebaker) and only used the business name at shows, now that I sell more publically retail, I post and use the business name.

Anyhow, I dont know what to make of all of this except those leos are in bad shape. But if he had sold beardies in as bad shape earlier, maybe it is Karma, LOL.

You really need to post ALL the emails between you two. Before, during, and after your trade. So far from the garbled posts I cant really tell which one of you was unhappy with the trade. The pics that were talked about would also be enlightening. All the specifics really matter here.

Sorry Richie, but there is no way for me to believe your accusations without anything to back it up. If you find those pics and emails...post them, but as of right now only ALL the emails would be very substantial in supporting your claim. Only a couple of emails at the end of the deal coupled with the fact that you didnt come here when you allegedly started having a problem with David when the deal you say went sour doesnt prove squat. You were swearing you just found this site, yet you admit to being a registered member at the time you made your trade. Why have you given up on getting your deal settled? My only guess from the info given is you know your accusations arent entirely true. Maybe partially, but I think there is more to your deal on your end than you want to admit to. Why would you only have a few of the emails between you? You even state it in the email that you have all the emails between you and David.

Sorry bud, but you just havent proven anything here.

By the way, I could also care less what else David does for a living unless webslave creates a board of inquiry for complaints about people who incorrectly hang drywall in chickenhouses.
