Please post the complete name and address of the person who sent you a forged money order. This is what this board is for, to protect the customers as well as the sellers. If you don't provide us with that information is the same as if you were covering up for him/her.

Just to clear something up. She said that she would ship next week. I was guessing that she meant this week. The whole point for me spending an extra $.70 was to get faster shipping. If I knew that she was going to wait two weeks for my money order to clear I would have sent her a check! She has two options: 1. ship my snakes today 2. mail my money back today. If she has not sent me an e-mail by 10<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'>0p.m. cst. Tuesday, I will notify the correct authorities. I have dealt with Jerry Tubbs and it was not this bad. It was actually fairly pleasent. At least he answered all of my emails and he even gave me his cell phone #.

with all due respect daniel it is highly unlikely that a person that is sending out forged checks is going to be giving his correct name and address...dont ya think?

Well, the address may be real...the guy was expecting snakes in return, he needed to provide a shipping address

If you are expecting snakes in return you need an address. Now, my point is that we were told that the snakes were not shipped because of a forged money order. I still want to know the address of the person that forged it, but still no reply. &nbsp;<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Have you recieved your snakes yet? I hope so. It's unreal that someone has to wait so long and 2 weeks is ridiculous! I can understand the wait with a check, but a money order?? I too am interested in knowing the address of the person that forged the money order. It's true that they could make up a name, but like some stated before, they would have to have a correct address if they expect to get the snakes. Also, if she is holding all orders for 2 weeks before shipping, she should state this in her ads. Also, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for not returning e-mails or calling a customer and letting them know when they will recieve their snakes.

are there any laws stating how long a seller has to deliver the goods? also how long he or she is allowed to wait for checks to clear..??
according to paypals the seller has 7 days but i dont know if there is a set time frame by law..does any of you know?
seeing as the money on paypals is basically instant unless its an echeck which takes up to a week to clear at times...
that could run about two weeks for delivery ( max timeframe)
although it seems really creepy to totally ignore a buyer and not deliver info on shipping she might be within the legal limits on a two week delivery if the payment is made by check ..dont know for sure.

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;so I send a nice E-mail. No answer. so I send another. No answer. then
