As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

this angela is really a crud. double crud..triple crud..as cruddy as it gets..
there is no mercy for people that dont give a damm about the lives of helpless animals! ( not from me anyway )
all it would have taken is one email...just one notice snakes coming..
nope..no more excuses angela..your past the point of redemption..

Whom ever may concern,
A couple of month ago I ordered a small batch of ball python from have a herp. they answered my 2. nd e-mail/what ever happened with the first one/so I send a personal check to pay the snakes, and the shipping. The check cleared with no problem. I know because the money was taken out from my checking account. Not a word back to confirm. They have my e-mail address, phone number, shipping address.
Then the shipping date passed, so I sent a e-mail to figure out what happened.
they told me the custom office responsible, but everything is OK, and I will get my snakes the upcoming Friday, or the following Tuesday.
The new deadline passed again, no snakes not a word. I was waiting and try to calm myself. THEN AFTER A WEEK, I cant take it longer, so I send a nice E-mail. No answer. so I send another. No answer. then I had to go to Florida, for a several days. When I came back 5 in the morning the temperature was under freezing, I find a card board box in the front of my house. Yes, you guessed right, my snakes arrived.
9 dead snake out of 25, two more died next day, I saved the rest.
I know, the ups guy made a mistake, but NOBODY SHIP RETILES WITHOUT DROPPING A LINE!!!!!! Not a phone call, e-mail, letter, nothing.
I write a not to nice letter, which I newer send. They ignored me earlier, they would ignore this one too.
SO, I JUST WANT TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH HAVE A HERP!!!!!!

I'm really sorry to hear about your bad experience with Have A Herp, and it breaks my heart about the dead snakes! True carelessness on her part and those animals had to pay for it with their lives! You should drop kingsnake abuse a line! She IS still selling on Kingsnake, I saw an add yesterday for some Ghosts she is selling. If only she would have e-mailed you and let you know in advance the snakes were on the way, you could have been there to recieve them and those little guys would still be alive! It took filling out fraud reports and everything before she would ship my snakes, but ironically enough after the cops were mentioned, the snakes arrived the next day. She obviously reads her e-mails but only answer the ones that will binafit her. Having no respect for the seller is bad enough, but having no respect for an animals life really pisses me off! <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='  '>

My saga continues with have a herp. I have been more than forgiving and patient with have a herp. I believe in second chances. My deadline has passed for my refund or snakes to be sent. I finally got an email saying that my snakes will be mailed Thursday May23. Today is friday If I do not get my snake today, I promise I WILL call the Havana Ill police and notify the other proper authorities. She has not even sent me a tracking #. Have a herp has really done a good job of making a name for theirself. Sending dead snakes and horrible communication skill, let me give you a bit of advice "quit while you're not that far behind." This is jeff lewis,,, i wrote a while back asking everyone to give have-a-herp a chance!!!! well, for the most part,, everyone has recieved their order,,,with a few exceptions.... i just have this to say... i really would hate to see the LAW called on anyone,,BUT,, they really leave some people no other choice!!! i dont understand why all this is going on!!! they obviously have the animals that they say,,, i dont understand why all this #### is going on... Angela & Al,, if youread this,,,i am NOT attacking you,,, i HONESTLY DO NOT want you to get in trouble!!!! send thee people a e-mail and their order!!!!! Al,, we have talked numerous times and i have even told you that people were thining about calling the cops!!!!! i DONT want that to happen!!!! but i am afraid that you leave some people no other choice.. i have stuck up for you on several occaisions,,,but this has got to stop!!!! i will say this::: my snakes arrived last week and they were in GREAT SHAPE!!!! so i know that you have good animals!!!!! Al,, please,, send these people an e-mail and talk to them before someone does call the cops!!!
P.S. Marcus,,, i did what i said i was going to do and no response!!!! SORRY

I consider myself a somewhat patient person. Have a herp has pushed my beyond my limits. Still I have not gotten my snakes. I have not even gotten an email. I have gotten nothing. I try to give new people in the herp industry a chance, and I still will. I just got burned on this one. However; I have already filed complaint with kingsnake.com, and the BBB. In the morning I WILL call the police and file a complaint with the FBI internet fraud services. I am also going to file mail fraud at the post office after the memorial day weekend. I hate to have to do this, but they leave me no choice. They do not respect their customers enough to send them a 4 line e-mail to explain their self. Some people have to learn the hard way. Sorry!
