I highly doubt either Andrew or his lawyer will show up here. They know they're being dishonest. They know that they have no chance of answering our questions without confirming how corrupt and self serving they are.

The sad thing Usark will not get money from till I see how they will fight for the retics. In the end all this drama has destroyed everything we all have worked for. Having met Myke and getting to be pretty good friends with him I have to agree 100%

I said I was sick of the bickering between keepers about this whole ordeal, but now the two groups who were otherwise playing nice (publicly) are making a mockery of themselves.

Alliance and USARK have essentially temporarily crippled each other leaving the sadly co-dependent herp nation defenseless. For too long we have made these dogs fight our battles, and now that the dogs are busy fighting each other we are utterly helpless. So unless a handful of us figure out how the hell to defend ourselves on our own for the time being... we are *&%^^%^&&^ in 2013.

These groups should be a part of the battle to defend this hobby, but they should have never become our defense in full. Now their current state leaves use very vulnerable and we cleverly have no plan B.

Not that 98% of us really backed up our Plan A in the first place.

It is obviously clear on which side the truth lays .I will now become a supporter of USARK and PIJAC .They are clearly the best advocates we have at this time .I do believe the ethics and behaviors displayed by Wyatt and Walsh speak louder than any of our opinions .They are now fact.They have shown us who they truly are .Kudos to Lucille for bringing this here ,and much class displayed by Mr.Ken Foose ,for thinking of the Herp community first and not going ballistic immediately . He took the high road .Thanks Ken

Whether Ken Foose goes to court or not, he has won the day. He came out and told everyone what was done to his reputation. He took one for team-reptile and we all owe him a debt of thanks. Just my opinion. By the way, I do not know anyone involved and so I only care about truth and the future of this industry/hobby.

Care to share the "truth" that you mentioned earlier, or is that something that only privileged individuals such as yourself are privy to?

Andrew Wyatt started this mess. USARK is not to blame for his behavior. He is the one that decided to create another organization, diverting funds from USARK in an attempt to keep himself employed. If he truly cared about the reptile community, he NEVER would have created USHA.

This division is something that he and his lawyer are responsible for. You can complain all you want about people bickering, but that doesn't change who is responsible for it.

As I have said many, many times in other places, we cannot ignore greed and corruption for the sake of unity.
