This thread is spinning into the ridiculous.  I hate it once we get to the point where the same stuff is said over and again.  However, it's necessary to ask the same questions over and over when they will not be answered.  I'm going to try this one more time:

1.  Art, were you trying to breed this female?

2.  Art, how long did you try to breed this female?

3.  Art, did you witness copulation?

4.  Art, when you witnessed no copulation, ever, were you not the least bit suspicious?

5.  Art, if the snake had indeed been a female, and she had bred and conceived, would she have died before she could reproduce?

The bottom line is, if this snake was not to be used as a breeder, or if she died before she could have reproduced, then the fact that she was actually a "he" is totally irrelevant!  All of these questions have been asked of you, Art, in one form or another, but you have slipped by them.  Will you now set the record straight for us?

One more point.  It may not be important, but it bothers me nonetheless.  Art, you say that the report you have proves that the snake was a male.  OK, let's go with that for a minute.  Doesn't the very same report also equally prove that the snake was vaccinated after it was dead?  It was entered into the appropriate field by SOMEONE wasn't it?  Also, the animal is identified as a 100% het for albino Boa Constrictor on that report.  How did the vet determine the genetics of that animal?  Was that information there because that's what YOU told them?  Is that how the part about the animal being a male got in the report too?

The final analysis is this: You can't bring accusations of mis-sexing an animal back to a dealer 13 months later, expecting a refund of some sort, unless you can a) show proof, and b) show loss of some sort.  Art, you can't show either.  That report doesn't prove a thing because it never identifies the animal in question as being the one Eric sold you.

Your forgetting one thing.....Eric put up the facts and asked what he should do.
Art went on another forum and started saying he got robbed.

Of course the customer is dissatisfied....his animal is dead

go to kingsnake python forum where art was saying he got robbed. &nbsp;Eric has not posted a response over their....but as you can see...the overwhelming support is for eric.

The only support Art is getting is from no name posters. &nbsp;meaning people like you...who can't follow the rules and post with full name. &nbsp;People &nbsp;who register twice in one day just to show that there are people on Art's side.

Yes it is a disatisfied customer....who has not proven a thing.
He says he was robbed....prove it
He says the animal was male....prove it
He says there was a necropsy report but he never asked for it.....then the story changed to no necropsy. &nbsp;.....why the two stories

Hey Ritchie,

Do you ever get the impression that Art and his three friends (counteregos) don't read our posts?

Where are the answers to the questions I posted above? &nbsp;Art, we're patiently waiting.

I'm a real person...not a fabricated one. &nbsp;Name: Ed Ramsay. I have no affiliation with the buyer. &nbsp;I'm just voicing my opinion. &nbsp;Now to the matter at hand.

Again. &nbsp;They buyer and seller should work out their grievances privately. &nbsp;End of story.

I really don't see the problem w/asking fellow herpers/breeders/dealers for opinions and advice on a matter such as this. &nbsp;
Also, do you admit that it is fishy for 3 new people to all just register and to post on this alone? &nbsp;Two of them even came from the same IP, meaning same computer, meaning same person. &nbsp;I think that there is one person behind these 3 identities and I can't help but wonder if it could be Art. &nbsp;I'm not accusing Art, but I know everyone here does wonder. &nbsp;
It's really easy to just pick a name out of a phone book..... &nbsp;
You may be a real person, I may be wrong, I'm just telling you what people are going to naturally think. &nbsp;I mean we've seen it countless times on this forum alone. &nbsp;Can you blame me?

Lucas:

I don't blame you at all. &nbsp;People are going to think what ever they want to. &nbsp;The issue has been beaten to death. &nbsp;My solution is both the buyer and seller should solve the problem themselves. &nbsp;

It's easy to be skeptical. &nbsp;We're on this forum trading words, so obviously you can only speculate whether or not I'm a real person or a crony of the seller. &nbsp;I'm sure some enquiring minds (and there are alot on this post) will research my email address, what my real name is...which by the way is &nbsp;Ed Ramsay and my identifcation number to see whether or not I
exist. &nbsp;

The issue is between the buyer and seller. &nbsp;It's very simple. That's all.

I know it's not important or anything, but even if people here do check out your info and stuff, it really doesn't prove much. &nbsp;Anyone can set up an email account under any name. &nbsp;That's the problem w/the internet. &nbsp;I'm not saying you are, but you, or anyone else here, could be ANYONE. &nbsp;
On the other issue. &nbsp;The seller did talk to the buyer, and it's over. &nbsp;The seller decided that he was not going to pay anything for whatever it was that he POSSIBLY did wrong. &nbsp;He has no responsibility. &nbsp;Like Art said, he is "defending the truth" I guess. &nbsp;As am I and everyone else.

Ed (notice that I am assuming that you are the person you said you were&#33<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>),

Part of the use of the BOI Is to post what happened in a specific transaction to see if mistakes were made, expectations are reasonable or not, attitudes are wrong, or if a good guy needs to change in order to be better. &nbsp;That is how this thread got started. &nbsp;Eric simply asked all of us if he had done something wrong in his trade that would require him to give a refund to his (then) unnamed customer. &nbsp;We all offered our opinions as they had been sought, and we all unanimously agreed that Eric should have sexed the snake, but that 13 months was WAY too long for the buyer to come back and complain about it. &nbsp;That is exactly where things would have ended too, if Art had not come on here and clouded things up with his posted document along with "others" who posted under apparently suspicious conditions.

You're right. &nbsp;Things like this should be settled between reasonable adults doing business together in business-like fashion. &nbsp;But when those attempts fail, we all rely on the BOI to help us see where we may have helped the train off the track. &nbsp;I just thought that you would like to understand why we all have been involved in the this discussion as we have been...We were asked to be involved.
