Feeding Tips?

I have just received a new leachie about 2 weeks ago and was hoping to get some outside opinion on feeding. It was hatched 05/13 and is a Pine Island Leachianus. So as of now I have been offering a mix of Clarks, PFM and Rapashy's MRP along with Crickets once a week (dusted). I feed the mix of powders on Monday Wednesday and Friday. I will put it out over night then take it out the next day. Then I will feed crickets on Sunday. I was hoping this was sufficient but if anyone had any suggestions or tips or can point out something I should change, the criticism would be welcomed.??.

Thank you!!!!
