There is an article in REPTILES about them, but oyu might want to try Zoo-Meds' Mites Control Ointment and the like. Most Petsamrts have these in stock for a pretty cheap price. I don't how well these work, though. Keep him away from your other geckos and clean the cage daily. Only have the bare necessities in the tank, as these provide excellent places for mites to hide. I use Fluker's Cleaning Solution (or whatever it's called) whenever I clean my tank, so use this on all cage furniture as well as the cage itself. If you don't have access to this, then dilute bleach in a 1:4 ratio (1 cup of bleach to 4 cups of water), and then rinse the cage and cage furniture extremely well. If possible, get the gecko to a vet that specializes in herps as soon as possible. Again, I don't know the reliablity of the Mite Ointment, so I'm not much helpthere.
Hope this helps.

Provent-a-Mite works wonders.
