Has anyone dealt with Andrew Millias?

He purchased 2 leopard geckos from me last year. Just recently I had purchased a gecko from him on Kingsnake. I sent him 2 payments made through paypal. One for $75 and the other for $40. I just got off the phone with paypal and they can attest that I did send both payments.

I emailed him and told him that he could ship the gecko out to me. Last week he said he would.

No gecko showed up.

I emailed him a couple of times and haven't heard anything.

I have until Friday to hear back from Andrew otherwise I have to file a claim about this on paypal before Saturday. The woman who I talked to when I called paypal told me that Saturday is too late to make a claim and that I should do it no later than Friday.

If anyone has any information on him, whether it be a telephone number, or an address or anything could you please help me out. I hope he isn't screwing me over and that he just hasn't been in front of his computer.

I emailed him a while back about some leos to but they were sold by the time he got back to me. This guy lives in Buena Park or thats what it said in his ad. I would file the claim asap as its better safe then sorry. Then if he comes through you can always clear it up but dont wait. I hope it all works out.
