Bearded Dragon Eggs - Dead or hatching?

Hello! My dragons laid about 2 1/2 months ago and now some of the eggs I've incubated have sunken in. I have my temp right around 83.6 and humidity is at a constant 75-80%. I've heard they can hatch around this time.As you can see, one of the eggs is very sunken in while the others have pinkish rings. I realized this two hours ago.. but all 23 of them can take one week to hatch as they hatch one at a time, very slowly. I just need your opinions..
