We've had pretty good success in getting impactions to pass through young bearded dragons that have been brought to us and one we were raising ourselves.

I have one here right now we picked up from a pet store that called us last Friday and she is on her way to recovery. BAck legs were paralysed, trembling really bad, she passed it within 10 hours. The impaction was superworm chitin shelling, undigested too large cricket and lizard litter substrate

Warm soaks, mineral oil/olive oil, under tank heat (this is the only time we use this on bearded dragons) runny baby foods, hydration and good light intensity with UVB stimulates them to help pass it.

Its too long to type out, but you you want to read how they happen, how to avoid them, and if it happens how to help them, here is an article I wrote on it
