1.1 Central Colombians
These are from breeding a pure pascalis Colombian to another line which was collected about 100km away. The original breeder (R.Rondelli) believes they are BC Colombia. I Believe they are BI/BC naturally occuring hybrids that you have in this part of Colombia. Im actually in the middle of writing a paper on it now. . This is why you have these incredible rich redtails but everything else looks standard imperator.
