I am getting a mental image of your dragon moving it's head forward and opening it's mouth almost to regurgitate

If this is happening a lot
I would not say that it is normal and you need to contact a vet about this

Can you describe more in detail and when this happens and for how long please?

Thanks
Sandy

she'll eat her crickets than open her mouth and you actually hear the burping noise come out and she'll do it quit a few times

Perhaps she is just eating too fast then?

I have to admit that I have never noticed my dragons burping in over 10 years of keeping them

Maybe-they just don't burp for me-lol

Tracie-have you ever seen your dragons burp?

Hello

Hello,

Are they making any noises when this happens?
The only thing that remotely sounds like a possibility is forced exhalation & puffing themselves out. They will push air in & out quickly in their throat area sometimes making noises.
It appears to look like a burp or a hiccup but it is just them pushing air in & out.
Does he puff himself out during this time?
What are you feeding him? Are the temps all optimal?

Tracie
