As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

My "dream" location doesn't exist. For if it did, everyone would surly want to be there. Resulting in me no longer being interested in the location.
Long growing season, Abundant water with no problematic water rights issues, low property taxes, state income taxes low to zero, relaxed zoning laws, strong property rights, abundance of wildlife and and great fishing.
Mild four seasons, some snow OK. Not within a flood plain.

You just described my dream location Dennis~ it's here in Alabama. State income tax isn't all that low~ and if you have kids in school the public schools suck (they do~ CA public schools where much better) but my kids are grown now and I LOVE it HERE! The only thing that would make it better would be....
PISMO!
I miss the clam chowder.
I miss the Beach
Okay~ I also miss decent Mexican food, an actually edible Avocado and Mango.....
None of those make it worth going back to California~ but I miss them

This is an interesting tool. It's preset with a more libertarian point of view but you can move the slider and adjust the weights given in each category.
