I would like to express my appreciation for an excellent transaction with Jason. This was my first purchase on fauna, and my first reptile shipping experience, and he made it very easy and stress free.

I purchased an 09 pastel ball python a little less than a week ago. All of my questions were answered promptly before I made the purchase. Once I sent my payment via paypal, I got an email almost immediately from Jason letting me know that he had recieved it and that he planned to ship overnight on Monday, so I should expect it on Tuesday. That was exactly what happened. The packing was great, and the little guy arrived a little shy, but warm and comfortable in his deli container with some bedding.

There was some issue with UPS- rather than coming to the door and knocking, they stopped outside, honked, and threw the package over a six foot fence, despite the fact that the gate was open. Because of the great packing job, the snake was fine, though a little shaken up, and he's doing well and exploring his new cage today.

I recieved a beautiful, healthy, and bright baby from Jason, and I would be happy to do business with him again. He communicated with me all day after I got the snake, answering questions and just being generally friendly.
