Hello,
I am interested in purchasing some snakes (Ball pythons)advertised by "WYATT" (Yes, his advertisement uses all caps for his name) in "Dallas, TX." I did a search of the BOI but the "wyatt" I found info on was "Craig Wyatt" and I believe the posts mentioned him living in DC.

His add looks very good,

http://www.kingsnake.com/market/pyth...ages/3209.html

and I very much want two of these snakes (I actually WANT three, but I can only commit to 500 right now, not 800 just yet), but I am nervous of working with someone whose name I do not recognise. (My shipping expeireince so far has been with Serpenco, and Rich was GREAT to work with) Also, I have the cash for the animals, but my living situation is a bit iffy right now (Husband is changing careers, and we don't know where we will be living next month) so I am thinking of offering this WYATT half down now in a non-refundable deposit and asking him to hold the snakes for me until I can work out our living arrangements (Could be as long as 4 to 5 months before I am straight on a place to live) then pay the other half and have them shipped.

Have you heard of the WYATT? Good or Bad?? And do you think it would be acceptable to a breeder to make this offer? What steps would I need to take to protect myself?

His name is Damion WYATT....we have done a couple of things together and never had any problems!! He's very easy to talk to (if you call him) and he's very honest and has some gorgeous animals!
The ONLY problem I have with Damion, is that he just "won't" go and talk to someone that really "needs" to be talked to!! Come on Damion....do us ALL that favor and go SEE HIM!!! You know WHAT, and WHO, I mean??? DO IT, will ya?....Neil

I purchased a very nice male emerald tree boa from Wyatt a couple of months ago at a very good price. The wildcaught animal is adjusting very well with no regurgitations, good sheds. etc.. I was very happy with my first deal with Wyatt. I think he is the kind of guy that would work with customers on payment plans in some situations. You would just have to call and ask.

You won't have any problems purchasing from Damion Wyatt (D&B Reptiles, Dallas, TX.) He is a good guy and upfront. I have purchased from him and so have friends of mine and everything went smooth.

Thank you so much. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the posts here. My word but there are a couple of serious con artists out there aren't there!! Wow! I am in shock reading some of the other threads here!

Your positive endorsements helped me decide on this matter. I e-mailed Damion Wyatt with my proposal, he called me back and we worked out a plan! I am very excited, I really wanted those snakes, but I was afraid my situation of not being able to take delivery would be a problem. Mr. Wyatt is a super nice guy, and he will take my $250 deposit and send me paper work on the snakes, and then I will send him $50 a payday (1st and 15th) so he knows I have not lost interest. When I have a stable place to live I will pay off the balance and he will send my snakes!! I am so excited, I even agreed to purchase a 1.1 possible het albino pair as well as the 1.1 possible het Axanthics (WC Unproven Axanthic female X het Axanthic VPI line male)! Shhhhh, don't tell my husband I agreed to the possible het albino's as well!!

I am so excited! Just wrote out the check for the deposit, unfortunatly the mail ran while I was writing, so it will go out tomarrow. I know this probably is no big deal to a lot of you, but I'm just dancing around my living room!!

Ive done some business with Wyatt as well.

Bought a 25 lot of baby Ball Pythons, EVERY single one of them has since shed fine and all are eating great!

That right there tells me something of the quality of his animals.
