I'm building a new page on my website. The other day I learned how to build FORMS. I'm applying this on my website so I can improve my customer service.

If you have the time; try to fill this form, and tell me if you find any errors in there.... or if something is not working properly.

You don't need to write your personal information if you don't want.

I filled out the form and hit "Submit" and then it took me to another page that said I was not authorized to view this page.

Did my info get though?

LOL , I'm having problems with that..

2 minor problems, when you tab from the phone # section it skips over the Shipping Address and goes right to City/State. When you tab after filling in The Shipping address it takes you no where (?)

Other than that, if you got my info it works fine

Christian, none...or should I say most of the pic's never loaded in avail????

I will try to reduce the size of the pictures... With cable (DSL) people normally don't have any problem, but people using 56k or lower, need to wait a little bit longer. The reason why I post pictures in big size is because, I really like when I visit others web pages that I can clearly see in zoom how the gecko looks like with all little details.

But I will try to reduce them in about 85% of their original size.
