Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Reptiles Express
I have done a lot of shipments through Reptiles Express, and ordered deli cups and boxes from them as well.
Today, however, was the best experience I have had with them.
I purchased two shipping labels yesterday, for a trade I am making with someone. One for my end, and one I emailed the other party to send my animal.
The other party needed a pick up, but it was not mentioned yesterday while I was buying the label. I got a message today at 3:30pm asking what time I scheduled the pick up for and I was like "I didn't. It was never mentioned."
So I got on the phone and called Reptiles Express and Amy was able to make it happen!
Totally awesome.
Thanks Reptiles Express for all the services you have provided for me.

Never had an issue with Reptile Express either, even though they use Fedex and are ultimately at their mercy, they seem to get the job done very well indeed.
Will continue to use them for all my reptile needs!

Have to say yet another outstanding job by Amy at Reptile Express
I had a shipment of a live snake go askew last week, was a wed for thurs delivery. Apparently Fedex suffered some "mechanical issue" and could not fulfill my 10.30am delivery.
Amy was on the case right away ( on her own action, not called by myself!)
She got it resolved and got the animal delivered safe and sound to its new owner.
Awesome!
Especially as Fedex had not notified me of ANY delay or delivery exception at all so I was completely unaware an issue was even there until Amy called me!
Keep it up Reptile Express!

It's a no lose situation every time using reptiles express. I've been using them exclusively for quite a while now. Amy is a rock star in my book. She always pays an extremely close look on everything I ship from start to finish. If she even suspects there's a potential problem she's on it. FedEx doesn't screw up that often (atleast not for me) but when they do she's on the phone figuring out how to solve the problem before I'm even aware of it. Then she immediately calls me.
On a scale of 1-10 they get the full 10 on everysingle shipment.
