I agree with Monitors007, BEWARE, i made payment for my Suriname red tail boa with my pay pal account balance because Phil was having problems accepting my two different credit cards, his end, when i filed claim with pay pal against Phil, they told me that there was nothing that they could do because the purchase was made outside of eBay, pay pal went on to say as long as they had confirmation that the item was shipped, FedEx, ups, USPS, there is nothing that they could do, Phil could have shipped a rock in the box and i would have got stuck with it all because the purchase was made outside of eBay, what a joke on pay pal's part, I will never use my pay pal balance again to buy something, allways use credit card, Phil knows that there is nothing that i can do to get my money back, so he is taking advantage of the situation by trying to make me look like the bad guy to justify his actions, so that is what makes Phil a looser in my book, nice scam he is running, free money, BEWARE OF WEGOTHERPS YOU WILL GET BURNED, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE FREE MONEY, if you could hear all the messages that Phil left on my answering machine promising me of a full refund that never would come you would die laughing as it proves what a scammer he really is.
