c2it.com as an alternative to PayPal

There has been a fair amount of discussion lately about the use of PayPal and their unwillingness to help resolve buyer/seller conflicts.

I just signed up with C2It.com in order to offer my customers an alternative. They advertise no fees for all United States money transfers.

Just curious if any of you have had any experience with C2It.
Any and all feedback will be much appreciated.

Thank you,

Superficially, c2it does seem like a good alternative, but their transaction limits for a fully verified account are too restrictove to make it viable.

A fully verified c2it member can only send $500 per day and receive $1000 per day. On top of that, there's an even more restrictive limit on the amount you can send or receive during any consecutive four day period.

There are also cumulative limits. In other words, if you transfer money from your c2it account to your regular savings or checking account, it reduces the amount you can send or receive.

E-gold is another option

I use E-gold, the fees are less, no more than 1% most of the time less than that. Also, there doesn't seem to be a limit on how much you can send or recieve in a day or at one time. I may be wrong about that though, I just couldn't find anything stating there was a limit. The only posible problem I could see was that they won't get involved in a dispute between the buyer and seller. So depending on who's at fault and if there really is an issue that could be a problem but if it's just a buyer who complains to see what he can get for free then it's protection for the seller.

Here is the link if anyone wants to check it out. If you find a limit on sending or receiving let me know.
