I could bet my left nut that at least one of your animals or your friends animals &nbsp;is a progeny of an animal from a show or a store... unless you went and collected your stock from the wild yourself.

First sometimes we all get overwelmed.

But instead of replying to forums and giving advice. YOu should always fill your orders and get them shipped out.

Packaging dry goods or live animals, doesn't mean one is more important then the other. Also you should not have people send payments to your P.O. Box if you do not check it offten.

I you can not make time to ship one order or reply spam_to emails what is going to make people think that you will be able to ship thier animals when you say.

your best thing to do when you learned about this post was to say I'm wrong I will be contacting the buyer and geting thier order out ASAP.

I know you said you were wrong but then you went into a long story about why, and how great your nimals are.

Now you have insulted alot of people. The only reason I wouldn't want people to see my animals is if I was ashammed on how I took care of them.

I personally want to show everyone I can. I love to share my knowledge of my animals and the care of them.

Now let me understand this right. Anyone who does a show has poor quality animals.

" &nbsp;Those are your words not mine. &nbsp;I'm left thinking that if I make mention that if I don't do them you think that makes me better. &nbsp;That's not the case, I only mention I can't keep the quality I want doing shows. &nbsp;As for the BOI calling out the issue at hand. &nbsp;Nothing will change, to be honest if I was less of a person it would make me just keep his money as the damage is already done. &nbsp;However I've yet to scam anybody and sleep well at night so I'm not about to change that. &nbsp;Also Rich, can you try to tell me for 100% fact that you've never sent out a snake with mites or any other protozoa? &nbsp;I think we both know it would be foolish to say so. &nbsp;When you have a booth at a show next to people like B.H.B. or for that matter any time you have 100s of people under one roof you can't guarantee the quality because you have no clue what your snakes have been exposed to. &nbsp;Do any of you buy from shows and not quarantine, I didn't think so.

Ritchie, I wouldn't touch that list with a ten-foot pole. &nbsp;I keep on top of my snakes and not other breeders, that's what this forum is for right? &nbsp;Also, not to insult your smarts too much but what are you saying you think of breeders that do shows if I mention I won't do them but you assume that means people that do have sucky animals. &nbsp;All the animals are fine I'm sure, but how can you say they're free of mites and protozoa is you can't control what they're exposed to. &nbsp;I also don't really want to deal with your nuts, you can keep those. &nbsp;I haven't gotten a new snake in many years and have bought mainly from closet breeders. &nbsp;I've yet to say shows yield poor quality snakes. &nbsp;Maybe you should all take the time to ask me all the things you're assuming and making up out of thin air.

Frank, I said my time was better spent helping people then in here. &nbsp;I didn't say it was better spent helping people then taking care of customers.

As a parting thought. &nbsp;All your assumptions give me some ideas into your heads when you're left to make your own judgment. &nbsp;Snakes from shows are great. &nbsp;You take them home and keep them out of your collection for a little bit and your set. &nbsp;I just don't want to deal with that headache and choose not to do them. &nbsp;I have no issues with the breeders that do and I may even join you someday. &nbsp;I made no mention of the quality of the animals at the snows only the quality of my snakes and collect and you all assumed a heck of a lot. &nbsp;Rich, you have got to come down to earth my friend. &nbsp;I've never seen a post in here about yourself or any other big breeder. &nbsp;Little guys are scared to stand up to many of you when they aren't happy with something. &nbsp;This forum helps the new guy but many of the older breeders know what to look for. &nbsp;I'm very happy you started this board and will always have the link on my site. &nbsp;However I now know the use is limited, as the people that respond don't always have first hand knowledge of the party in question. &nbsp;I do however doubt you're going to make mention of any wrongdoing or faults on your end so I'll stop.

Bottom line! &nbsp;I'm 100% at fault here; I'm a hobby snake breeder and don't always get everything done when it needs to be. &nbsp;I don't mind people being mad their snakes were shipped 2 weeks late or whatever as long as they all get there alive. &nbsp;The dry items, well that wasn't the smartest thing for me to start doing right now. &nbsp;Oh well I made a mistake with that and have no troubles not only admitting that but doing what I can to get things taken cares of.

I am certain that most people reading your words got the same impression that I did. &nbsp;And yes, I rarely post here, but your comments deserved the attempt to bring YOU down to earth. &nbsp;Obviously from your followup statements, that was a futile gesture on my part.

And just for your info, people are welcomed to post their OPINIONS about matters, whether or not they have direct experience with the person that is the topic of the thread. &nbsp;But if you had spent any time here in the past, you would know that, now wouldn't you?

And as for assumptions, no, I think we are all taking your words at face value. &nbsp;There really is no need to assume anything else about you. &nbsp;Many people come here to find out about businesses that they are considering spending their hard earned money with. &nbsp;The way those businesses deal with criticism and resolve issues play a large part in their perceptions about that business. &nbsp;Adam, read this thread, beginning to end, with an impersonal eye and tell me what you would think about this guy, Adam Block and his business, when you have finished.

All you would have needed to do was to fess up that you screwed up and will get those items out right away. &nbsp;End of situation, and you come out looking OK to everyone reading here about you. But instead you claimed all sorts of excuses, made critical implications about a LOT of people and their businesses with a holier than thou attitude and then in your closing remarks basically tell people to go to hell, they will get their merchandise when you are good and ready to send it.

Thanks to everybody for their replys! &nbsp;All along I've said it was my fault so I see no need to address that. &nbsp;I'm not a business, I'm a hobby and do things accordingly. &nbsp;If people want quality live animals that are mite free I'm good at that. &nbsp;if on the other hand you want the customoer service of a Hyatt Hotel look to breeders like Rich who do this for a living.

Rich, I see no need to start a post about ethics or egos. &nbsp;This board is for the reason it was used in this case and not to talk about other personal issues. &nbsp;I don't tell anybody what to do about anything and don't intend to start now. &nbsp;I made those statements only for you to confirm what I thought, that you wouldn't address any of it as I speak the truth and you would look foolish to deny it. &nbsp;You're a good guy and people are always very happy with your snakes. &nbsp;Your ego is the only thing I ever hear people talking about but of course that's a dead end as you'll dodge that and say anything you have to not to take any fault in anything. &nbsp;That's okay though, I have no ego issues.

I'm not hiding behind a fake business name or shorting anybody. &nbsp;you wanted to hear my side on it and I'm big enough to get on here and tell it as it is. &nbsp;I didn't sugar coat anything the sipper tubes will go out at the same time they would have anyway, next time I go to the post office.
