I know Adam frequents this forum now, why does he not respond to this issue?

Until Adam addresses this issue, I will bring this thread up everytime I see someone post a good guy thread on Adam. Some people  ignore the posts here thinking that they will just go away. Craig Wyatt, Dan Bilefield, the Chameleon guy. etc... Adam associates his name with people like the Barkers, when his name should be associated with people like Brian Rogers.

Some people still think of everyone as a single individual, and think "who cares if they do not buy anything from me again". In this era of the internet, it does not take to long to realize that this is a fairly tight knit community of people who love reptiles.
Everyone has a bad day every now and then, and sometimes it is difficult to do the "right thing". I think of this board as a giant " conscience" and it helps to guide people in the right direction.

Adam, you are right I did not read any fine print in your ad on KS. You had some screen I wanted, I emailed you and asked the nessessary questions and said "I would really like to get it sometime this week". I don't think you mentioned in your response that it would take a couple of weeks to get it shipped. And there is no "good" excuse for not answering an email in a timely fashion. Do you think you are the only person who is busy?

I have dealt with Adam recently and found him to quite easy to communicate with,  he went above and beyond in his service when I ordered 1.1 anery corns for my nine year old son, Adam surprised us, when we opened the order we found an extra female snow corn included,,,my son was extactic and it really made his day...I cant thank Adam enough for caring enough to give my kid a good "first start" in the hobby.  The three animals are in perfect health and flawless.  We will definately order from him again...sometimes things get miscommunicated and I truely believe thats what happend in the case that started this post, and I'm sure that Adam didnt intentionally screw up the order, especially if he got the wrong address....these forums tend to get outa hand very quickly, and I believe a whole lot of misunderstandings keep getting worse and worse....no need to keep bashing each other...Adam apologized and offered to correct the problem but the insults keep flying...I'm sure the order will be sent asap, don't misjudge adam based on one mistake, I have been into herps for quite a while and anyone who has knows how bad some unscrubulous people can be in this business, I count Adam as one of the people I can trust to do business with....

I guess someone missed the part where Adam said he was gong to make Ken wait due to the post he put up here.  Adam said he had enough to fill four(4) orders, and that Ken was fisrst on the list, but that he would have to wait because he posted against Adam on the BOI.  That's good business and a good guy?  I don't think so.  That is called vindictive and immature.  Plus, calling poeple up and telling them to post here in his defence really comes across as desperation.  Every time I see another post on Adam where the poster has 3 posts (I am sure they were told to post on a few other things first so as to not look like they came here solely for Adam's benefit) it simply makes me think less of him as he is calling in favors to try to show up everyone who thinks he has bad business ethics.  If you claim to be one of the best, as Adam clearly does, you need to be able to stick to the highest of business standards at all times.  He does not, as evidenced by the fact that he is still keeping Ken waiting as a punishment of sorts.  He also says that he takes so long to ship animals because the temperature needs to be just right, yet it takes him two weeks to ship some screen?  As for the bandwagon BS, who is on the bandwagon?  The people who come on here and use rational thought to decide who is in the wrong, or the people who are asked to come on here to defend the guy who is losing reputation for total disregard to customer's timelines?

I assumed I would be miss quoted by one of you. I assumed CJ would post himself
but he may just be too much of a coward. So there you hide behind your keyboard
miss quoting and posting about others. Twisting their words to suit your needs.
Of course youll only take out of this what suits you to post but Im fine with
that. Just wanted to point out Im man enough to not deffend myself. Not one

Adam left out the part where if you post the truth and he doesn't like it he will put you on the bottom of his shipping list.
Why don't you come clean Adam and tell everyone you didn't ship because you didn't have the tubes and probably still don't have any. Why don't you just give my money back I don't need your tubes anymore. Oh yeah, when I first contacted you about the tubes you said you had them on hand because you bought out someone's inventory or something like that, so what is this back-order story? How come everybody is getting private e-mails from adam and he will not even respond to my posts?

Ken, Adam said he will not respond in this thread, and if nothing else, he IS stubborn. Maybe you should ask that question in the Derek Roberts thread.

I figure I better post his whole e-mail about the sipper tubes so I can't be accused of anything else.
I do agree with a comment made by several people already, and I said it to Adam. " the damage done to Adams reputation has been caused by HIS actions AFTER this thread was started.
 I think Adams main problem is he is stubborn as hell, and he is showing Ken some "special treatment" because of his post.</td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'>

I must say though my friend you honestly are the biggest coward I've ever dealt with.  You're hiding behind the issues of somebody else.  Not addressing anything that's asked of you and not being man enough to tell me on the phone you weren't happy.  I can live with all of that in knowing that you have to be the one to spend your days in your shoes.  However, if you going to comment on me at least be upfront and let people know we told me things were okay and never gave me the chance to do right by whatever issues you had.  You could also let them know you failed to read my fine print.  However, doing any of the following would be to admit you made an error and it takes a man to do that.
