They've got great customer service. Never batted an eyelash about reshipped feeders that were dead on arrival (and that was rarely, they double box stuff). I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. They were my supplier for over two years.

I used them during the horrible mealworm shortage. They were very quick and had great customer service. A+ from me.

I'd rather pay a good business more money for a good product than give any money to a bad business. I never felt I was cheated out of my money. The feeders always arrived on time and alive, even in the dead of New York and Montana winters. I set up automatic monthly debits/shipments and everything went smooth as silk.

I would certainly do business with them again. The only reason I stopped is because there is a local breeder of mealworms in my area.
