Yes many top eared rats carry dumbo genes to answer that question, especially colored rats like blue and Siamese and other colors too.

You haven't proven your rat to be anything other than a recessive trait because you have no idea if your females carry the dumbo gene.

Have a good week and keep producing those killer snakes Tom...

Thanx Jerry.. I totally understand your disbelief.. Trust me.. I utterly guarantee my statement's; as lame as it is over ratties; but this is already proven out here and has been for ten year's.. Ripley's believe it or not.. Lol.. I wish I could slip you some of these kids.. It is impossible all my rats are hets.. Impossible.. Anything I cross to a dumbo pops dumbies.. Promise.. Brian and his son Tyler will help us with this starting soon... I'm moving this week and I will get them some to test here shortly.. It seems like a never ending story to me though; unless you prove it??

Not trying to be smart here but proof is what we use to show people that we have proven a trait out, not word of mouth or "witnesses".
Because if i breed it to my non dumbo females and get a dumbo thats proof period. Since I have never gotten a dumbo out of those girls EVER.
