As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Tom Mendelson - Indoherp
Has anyone had any experience with Tom Mendelson of Indoherp?
I am considering purchasing a pretty high end snake from him, but I haven't been able to find any information about his company or about him other than what he posts on Fauna.
Any information is appreciated.

I purchased a Sumatran water monitor from him a few months ago. It is eating well and growing. He and I talked on the phone several times, he was helpful. I would buy from him again.

I bought 2 krakatoa water monitors off of him a few months back. Both were alert and healthy and have been eating like champs. Tom was very professional and prompt in shipping. He also showed concern that the two arrived safely and that I was happy, a rare quality nowadays. I would not hesitate to buy from him again, and plan to in the future. Great guy.

Thank you Ed. The one time I bought anything from someone on this site I got screwed. The warning is there. People heed it or don't . As for myself I will be back to Kingsnake where I met and bought from great sellers.
Underground, ( Undercurrent 7 beautiful G T P's ) Ben Segel ( gorgeous patternless Emerald & nice Aru GTP ) of course Kam @ Bushmaster.
I will surely file a complaint with pay pal. I will try to post pictures here if I can figure out how to. And thank you Anthony for letting Tom see this thread. I certainly want him to post something. My main concern is to let people know that buying from Tom Mendelson @ Indoherp is a crap shoot. I know that I got screwed the only thing I can do is take it up with pay pal.

He is an importer from south florida.I would be very careful with a high end purchase.if you decide to purchase be sure to protect yourself by paying through paypal with a CC.that way you have some recourse with the CC.
