Exactly.
It's gotten to the point that even with photos, you can't be sure what you're getting until you open the box. I have to wonder when those "Before" photos were taken. Six months ago??
Because of incidents like this, I have become even more careful of who I buy from. Nick, your actions (or maybe, inactions) make people more suspicious of every seller. While people should be very suspicious of YOU, these kinds of posts hurt our hobby in general.
