Jeff Ronnie excellent customer service

Hello everyone. I did a search on Jeff and only found things about his cages, which were highly spoken of. I want to say I contacted Jeff about his thermostat. I am building an incubator and really thought the one on his site was what I wanted. I contacted Jeff and asked him a few questions about the thermosata and also about flexwatt heat tape. He responded promptly and gave me info and prices even though he doesn't currently handle the flexwatt as a stand alone sale product. When he explained what he had available (13.5 inch wide), I told him that that would not work for me. I couldn't use anything larger than 12 inches. Jeff pointed me in the direction of another supplier, knowing he would not get the sale of the flexwatt. He was so helpful and responsive (even on a Sunday) that I will go to him for all of my supply needs. If and when I ever decide to change cages I will contact him for them also. I did order the thermostat from him and am sure I will be happy with it. Just wanted to post a good guy post once and Jeff gave me a good reason. Thanks Jeff.
