Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

You know your a geckoholic, when drug dealers show up at your house telling YOU to keep the traffic down.....
This oddly enough happened to me 3 weeks ago. I have some friends who stop by here for feeder insects for their small herp collections. One day i get a knock at my door, it turned out the crackdealer in my area was getting paranoid about all the people stopping by weekly. He was telling me i needed to keep my traffic down or else. When i tried to tell him it's not what he thought, he stopped me and said whatever you do its your business. I just want to see what these people are going to think when i start selling reptiles......

... your neighbors are convinced you are a druggie because of the gram scale on your kitchen table surrounded by the white powder.
(this is also a true story, My brand-new neighbors stop by to introduce themselves, catch a glimpse of the gram-scale/white powder scenario, their eyes get big, I tryyyy to explain.... lol. oh well.)

if you go house shopping, for a place with alot of bedrooms. YET you do not have any kids. 
if you have all your gecko purchases planned out for the year, but yet have no idea what to buy others for X-Mas.
if you tell people cash gift's are more better this year, because you seen a gecko you wanted to buy.
if you get another job, just to have "gecko money".
