Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

HI All,
I just bought a few supplies from Big Apple Herp and was impressed by their service. They did a great job packing and getting my order out. I will be buying more supplies from them in the future.

Ditto. Made a few purchases from Big Apple. First time out no one was available. Left my number and was pleasantly surprised with a prompt call back. On future purchases all I had to do was verify same information for shipping and billing. No b.s. that's the way it should be.

I agree with everyone. I purchase most of my supplies from big apple. My rescent purchase was my incubator, which came with a big apple proportional thermostat. I am pretty impressed with how accurate it is.

Heartily agreeing here! I just got my heating fixin's for my do-it-myself rack system. Everything was flawless in the ordering, shipping, and delivery. Although, the UPS guy got a little nervous when he saw my german shepard/australian shepard snake guarding dog!
