My spare feederbugs
Since my feederbugs breed faster than my tarantulas eat them the following are now available:
Composting worms. Relatively small species. Suitable for
an indoor composter.Should receive ORGANIC grade detritus
in order to avoid toxic tissue buildup.
Green "Banana Bugs" (Panchora nivea.)Bee sized roaches.
The ( brown) nymphs need moist substrate.Adults can fly.
Moth flies (Psychodidae).Larvae feed upon aquatic detritus.
Larvae (AND THE NYMPHS) can SWIM and DIVE.
Adults can walk on water...they are bigger than fruitflies,
smaller than houseflies, and more aquatic than either.
Sow bugs (Isopoda).Require moist substrate.Wetland
"herps" often like them. But they do drown easily...I learned to
put "stepping stones" in all of the water dishes.
P. S. I produce plants too.
