Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I dont make an effort to get out there and find a date, that's way to awkward. I do very poorly when stuck with a total stranger.
Usually things just happen between me and a friend or acquaintance. Makes the WORLD of difference if you know something about the person. No need to try be someone special, cause they know you already.

I heard a worse line than that one time. I was hanging out with my friends and one of their guys friends that I didn't know. I said something about my back hurting and he said, "Do you sleep on your stomach?" I said no. He said "then can I?"

i dont date because....well frankly because nobody wants to date me, lol. i stopped trying a while ago. got too tired of all the good looking girls (no im not shallow...i have standards) being married or gay or in one clasic instance....
her: "hi you dont talk much"
me: "im watching the ball game"
her: "ummm...were you molested by your priest?"
me: " uh.... no"
her: "oh..well, i was. wanna hear about it?"
(and people ask me why I dont go out more often...)

I chose other
When me and my present girlfriend started dating about 3 years ago we went road herping for the first date.
Moved a 5 foot gator off the road, caught a cottonmouth, a corn snake and a bull frog the size of my head.
She is now my good luck charm.

Maybe its just me but I think as long as the grim reaper isn't involved any first date would be a good one.
