As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.

Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Parlorre	Dwarf Rats Hey everyone! I would like to purchase Dwarf rats and am looking for a breeder who lives near Maryland, or within a few states away. If you want to meet me somewhere in between that would be great, but not necessary. My first concern is the health and welfare of the animal, and I am not crazy about shipping but will consider it if the rats are too adorable to bare.
