Think I figured it out. I never received a confirmation email, ever. I tried a new account but who knows if I will get a confirmation email this time. Wish me luck.

Hate to be a pain, but when setting up accounts (I've done 2 now) I don't get an account number. It just says N/A whenever I ask it to list my account number. I have everything ready to go except the account, which should be the simplest part of the ordeal. Ideas?

Just finished the certification process.
I found it to be mostly painless...though a bit slow.

Do you include the heat pack along with the test package? I have the form filled out and am waiting for my rep to call me back. If I send this package out soon do you think I will be certified in time to move on May 9th? Thanks!
