Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

There's certainly nothing stopping you from trying to sell them. However, considering the stunts you pulled and the lies you've told, you may find that your own choices have made things much more difficult for you. It's great that you finally decided to issue the refund, but that does nothing to negate the fact that you knowingly ripped someone off, and lied to cover your tracks. People may not be too quick to forget those details.

You may want to re-read this thread considering Andres Oritz had full knowledge and visual evidence on the bearded dragon he received. He clearly wasn't happy with his purchase, and I refunded him rightfully so. Didn't want the bearded dragon back because it had already had to under go the stress of shipping through the postal service. This thread should be removed considering every well known seller has an had to deal with an unpleasant customer at some point. Please known this was settled! There is two sides to every story...

I don't see the point of bumping your own "bad guy" thread after over 5 years, but it's permanent and won't be removed.

Lest you forget, this was your side...after you had falsely accused him earlier of manipulating the images regarding an animal you intentionally mislabeled.
Two sides?
Your.
Side.
Sweet resurrection move on this thread, by the way.

LOL, yeah, that Ricky Pellechia is clearly a "mastahmind"! Good going there, Ricky in resurrecting your bad guy thread.
As you said (and thanks, Nick) "I was definitely in the wrong, I just didn't want other people to know that ..."
Good job Mr. "mastahmind", I'm sure the herp community appreciates the reminder.

I prefer to look at it as five years young. I hope I can count on you to bump it again when it turns ten years young.

Even if I would've given you benefit of doubt, "kys" typically refers to 'kill yourself.'
And I wouldn't do business with anyone who throws phrases like that out. Talk about unprofessional.

So not only did you knowingly buy a partial trans from Owen (he was honest), you clearly misrepresented the dragon AND used Owen's photos from nearly 8 months ago to sell the dragon to Andres. Low, man.
The only one hurting your "rep" is you, Ricky. Flat out lying through your teeth and fraudulent misrepresentation does not a trustworthy, reputable vendor make.

I agree that if kys means kill your self that is egregiously unprofessional. However, as far as the original transaction there is no doubt in my mind that Ricky ruined his own reputation with his actions during that sale and after in his dealings with his buyer. I don't see how anyone could trust him.
