All Stressed Out?

Sometimes it helps to think of Happy scenes ~

Maybe a pastoral field
... a field with a babbling brook running through it.

You're there on a beautiful spring day
... butterflies flutter around you.

You're crouched on the bank of the peacefully babbling brook











... holding someone's head under the water.

Now you're letting them up for a single gasp of breath
... then SPLASH!

Back into the frigid water!

OVER & OVER AGAIN !!!

There.

Now don't you feel better?
