whats the best price you can do for two of the 48"x11" shipped to 46385 IN?

The discounts on the ultratherms are pretty standard. I offer a 5% discount when you purchase a minimum of 5 ultratherms and a 10% discount when you purchase 10 or more. If you were to purchase two ultratherms then the price would be $32 for the 48"x11".

Im intrested in a "48x11", and if i read correct it gets about 15degrees above room temps. However can you plug them into a thermostat to achieve higher tempratures then that?

The ultratherms get about 15 degrees C above room temps or 27 degrees F. Plugging them into a thermostat will not allow them to achieve a higher temperature. The thermostat instead will prevent the ultratherm from running too hot. If your ambient temps are around 80-85F, which most are, you will not have any difficulties maintaining your hot spot temps.

i am looking for a new way to heat a enclosure im building they are 8 feet long 2 foot high and 2ft deep and there is no heat source as of right now and i live in pa where it gets a little cold any suggestions?

That's a fairly big enclosure you are constructing. There are a couple of ways you could heat it. One would be to use a 48" x 11" element running half of the length of the enclosure. The other option would be to use 2-3 23" x 11" elements spaced out along the length. Typically I would only recommend one ultratherm per enlcosure but I think your needs are pretty unique.
