Good advice from both of you.
I wouldn't worry too much about it not eating right now. Like said, it is Ill, and not in the mood. I have a BP that hunger strikes on a regular basis, and He has refused food for upwards of 8-9 months. Than He eats again for a while, and fasts again. It's ongoing, but I know he is healthy, he is not emaciated, just thinner than I prefer. I don't even worry about it 'till like 4 months have gone by. Than I start to get concerned.
Give yer boa time to heal. It's undergoing a whole lot of stress at the moment. You really need to keep that in your mind, cus it will cause for weird behaviors. And no handling, or otherwise bothering it, unless treating, will do more to the recovery than always fretting over it. Give yourself a break. You are doing what you can. Just keep the vet up to date on everything, and follow His regimen.

Good luck to you
Rick

You can use the scale at the vet's office.

True, and in fact he will have to weigh the boa if he is going to administer systemic ATB.

Back to the ball python you shipped to Mike; was he eating for you?

Thanks.

That's the only explanation I can find for her death. Maybe she had food still undigested in the stomach under less than ideal temperatures for adequate digestion due to the delayed.

He said he was done and will not reply anymore to your e-mails.

Isn't there a picture of the dead ball on the BOI thread?
