Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

New Dalmatian Girl
Never owned Cresties before, and always wanted to but was unable to since Snake room was too warm. Now that I Have no other snakes and room not heated! Im able to get one finally.
Picked up this girl proven breeder who laid 2 eggs this year already.

Yea they like temps 70-80 and room now is 74-75. and will rise to 80s in summer

Rich, that's too hot. They like mid-70's. Above 80 for too long will lead to their demise.

I know about their care and if it stays over 80 too long yes it can. BUt spurts here and there will not harm them like most think.

80 degrees should be avoided. You will also probably want to add a bit more foliage to that set up. I like the tote on the side idea though.

Welcome to the Crested Gecko addiction! Congrats on your new girl, she's lovely!  I agree with what's already been stated, if you avoid 80 as much as possible & add a few more plants you'll have quite the happy Mama on your hands, lol. I really like the tote standing up like that! too, good idea!

Shell Rarely see anything over 82. Summer time shell be kept in back room on Ceramic Tile that stays mid 70s.
Also added more vines today and on the hunt for magnetic feeding disches.
Her Hiding Spot past 2 days.
