Get some heat on him--a low wattage bulb on top of the cage, or an under tank heater. If using an UTH, use a thermostat with it, or you risk burning the frog. Get him some hide spots, several, in different parts of the tank, even slabs of bark (sterilized) will work, just prop them up SLIGHTLY on some rocks, just enough for him to be able to slide under the wood. He needs some place to disappear during the day so he feels secure and warmth so he can digest his food.
You are aware that these guys have some degree of toxicity to them, correct? Actually, that they can secrete a toxin? If not, let me know and I can post some links on them.
