Clean .. young .. MALE Bolivian locale redfoot tortoise - notice no marbling on plastron!
PLUS obvious 'male-tail' - Bolivians show wide anal scutes and enormous tail at larger sizes.. because 16"-18" adults are typical for this locale. He is very 'active'.
