Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I looked at his new website but do not see any TOS or guarantee on his animals. I would get his Terms in writing especially the animal guarantee.
I purchased 4 jacksons from him before he "launched" his recent business/current website and one passed away within 3 days. The others are doing great and when I notified him of it, his response was the shipping could have stressed him and did him in. He made no effort to take care of the issue and I just left it at that, since I had purchased these four before he officially launched his website and business (about a week prior).

Why does the deal seem too good to you? They're sold at $12-$17 a piece at wholesale by a couple Florida wholesalers.

Thanks for your input. And at the moment I'm doing research into various sellers while building the enclosure.
I haven't seen anything much under around $70, but I might not be looking at the right places.
