*Kris Smalley : Disturbing photos

These photos linked here were taken of Kris' reptile room.
A report has since been filed against him for neglect in Oregon by someone, unsure if anything has come of it.

I am beyond words like "disturbed" or "disgusted". "Horrified" comes much closer to describing the sick feeling in my stomach and tears in my eyes. Those poor, beautiful animals.

I'd like to see this Kris Smalley person forced to live in a 3x3x3 cube with nothing but a filthy water bowl and his own feces for company.

I wasn't sure what to even think when I opened this email. He's a fairly well known person in the Pacific NW. I can't even begin to imagine what those snakes are going through, what diseases and illnesses they have. I feel so saddened by this. I just feel lucky enough to not have snakes in my collection that were his.

Yes, those photos are disturbing. Horrible. Disgusting. They p%$ me off.

So, are you "flying.pygge" at Flickr? Who's photos are those, exactly?

Do you have anything other than some anonymous Flickr page of photos to prove those are photos of the snake room of someone named Kris Smalley?

And uh ... who is Kris Smalley?

As disgusting as those are, you gotta do better than link that page to make a case.
Unfortunately, your "reliable source" and someone who may or may not have filed a report for neglect is basically just hearsay and not proof of wrong-doing by somebody named Kris Smalley.

Oh man. I don't know who he is, but those are some of the most disgusting, infuriating, god-awful photos of negligence I have seen in QUITE a while.

That is not my flicker account, no. It's someone that used to live with Kris.

Just someone that lives in Oregon and keeps reptiles.

I've witnessed that room before, so other than a couple peoples words and photos,nothing can "prove" it I guess.

I don't know how all this works, I just wanted to make this known to people. Was suggested by a friend.

You're not really doing anything "Wrong" as this is an information thread and not specifically a "Good Guy" or "Bad Guy" thread, but the reasons people are asking for evidence of this person is to avoid false information being spread.

There is no doubt whoever owns those animals is a pathetic excuse for a human being, but the name doesn't ring a bell with me and, evidently, no one else thus far. So, it always sparks a bit of curiosity.
