Your back yard may be free of pesticides but how about your neighbor's yard and your neighbor's neighbor? Please take the time to care for the animal correctly or find someone who can. I'm not trying to be rude or harsh but you have very unique animal and needs to be treated as such.

Still looking healthy. Very secretive. Pinhead crickets disappearing so must be eating at night.

Yeah I understand that. I don't want to force feed though. I live on the outskirts of a national forest so I may just take a few mile hike in and try collecting in the wilderness I'm going to reach out to fellow herps and try to get some captive need amphipods. Will start my own colony as well.

Although it is wild I would recommend not collecting wild insects. Keep trying crickets, roaches, and maybe mini mealworms

Is quite small, I think mini mealworms may be too large. I hope he discovers the small plastic top with Castle worms in it since those seem to go down easy for the smaller reptiles.

Don't know of anyone who has slugs but are black soldier flies to big also

Calciworms, soldier fly larvae are small enough. It can eat dubias, red runners and numerous other roaches.
