A South Florida woman got a huge surprise, a 13 to 16 foot long python in her bedroom.
The woman heard some strange noises in the bedroom of her Miami home, and found a huge python.
A roommate, who was renting the room, left the house a few days ago, and reportedly left the snake behind.
The Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Venom Unit responded, and captured the albino python, which they estimated to be between 13 and 16 feet long.

15 Foot Albino Python Found in Closet
NORTH MIAMI, Fla. -- An Albino white python was found in an abandoned apartment Friday afternoon, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said.
Officials said that the python is between 13 and 15 feet long.
The landlord's daughter discovered the snake in a closet. She said that the python's previous owner left the snake well taken care of with water and a warmer in a closet inside the empty apartment."It was just loose inside the closet," Al Cruz of the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said. "The closet is about 8 feet wide and the snake was curled up, ready to strike in its most defensive posture.
"The python will be taken to A.D. Barnes Park and will be used to educate children."We are going to try and teach kids that if they want a snake as a pet, they should do a little research and see how big they get," snake expert Lt. C. Seifert said.
