I contacted Brandon about a trade that I was interested in making with him. After discussing all the essentials, i.e. shipping terms, details on the animals, we decided to trade. I had agreed to ship first, and so I did. He recieved my animals, and was very pleased. He has planned to ship on Thursday, but the van of the carrier broke down, so shipping was delayed. I was notified of this right away, and he told me he was going to ship Monday. Now I will be getting the snake Tuesday, I have tracked the shipment so it is for sure. Thanks Brandon. I'll let you know what I think of the snake!

I recieved teh snake today! It is a little on the skinny side, but I was informed about this from the start. He has an awesome feeding response; he ate right when i threw the mouse in. I am very pleased with the snake, and it was as i expected. Thanks again Brandon.

Hello Everyone, spam_I recently did a trade with Brandon for a pair of really nice top shelf dumeril's boas and a beautiful guyanan red tail. Brandon and I communicated via email a couple of times and negotiated the deal. Everything went exactly as planned. spam_We were both a little hesitant about shipping first so I told him that I would go ahead and ship first. The deal was that I would ship out on Monday and when he received it on Teusday he would then ship my package on Wednesday. spam_Well I can tell you that Brandon is definitely a man of his word. I received my snakes on Thursday without a problem. He told me that the dumeril's were "screamers" and he did not lie. They were perfect. The guyanan was also just as nice. I can tell you that I am extremely satisfied with both his animals and his professionalism. I will be more than happy to do business with Brandon in the future. He is definitely a stand up guy.

Thanks Brandon

Brandon...When you wrote...

...He has an awesome feeding response; he ate right when i threw the mouse in...

Maybe I'm misinterpreting your statement (and if I am, I apologize in advance), but, by the sound of it, you're throwing the mice in ALIVE?? If that's the case...that's not (normally) the way to feed a snake....there is way too much chance of injury or death to the snake...when a mouse or rat is in the wild, it has the opportunity to run away...but, in a tank, when it's cornered, it could very easily lash out and really do a number on your animal....even if you monitor the feeding closely, if the snake bites the mouse the wrong way, and the mouse can turn his head and bite down...you've got a serious problem...and if you leave the mouse in the tank overnight, there's a good chance that the mouse will take CHUNKS out of your snake....
Hold the mouse by the tail, and (just like you're kicking a paper field goal), knock the mouse out (or kill it), then just dangle it in front of the snake's face and he should grab it and wrap...If you can get it to do that, your home-free! Then you can start feeding frozen/thawed....it's so much cleaner and safer for the snake....Enjoy your new friend ....Neil
