Bell Hybino Project lift off!

We are very happy to have our Bell Hybino project runnning.... we started with a great male...


Threw him in with a couple of smoking females...





And were rewarded so far with two perfect clutchs from both ladies, and have another 8 cooking! Can't wait till these are of age to breed to bring on the next stage!





My only fear now is that these end up all females or all males. I am getting a second incubator so I can temp for sex, but right now everything is going at 84-85...


The first two hatchlings have shed already and even after just one I can see orange coming into the darker ones black bands.... exciting!

I should mention as well.... a great big thanks to Jason at Capital City Geckos, for not only selling me those three awesome animals, but for answering all my questions, listening to me cry and moan when things went bad, and for being a real friend and mentor in this business for me!

Someday I will have a pair of Bell hybinos. Someday. I think they're the absolute prettiest of all hybinos, spare the APTORs and RAPTORs.
