Anyone's Bullsnake ever rub it's nose raw?

Is there anything that can be done about it or is it once the skins gone it's gone?

None of mine have...but I've seen it happen (with bulls, and other snakes).
Usually, there is a reason for it - some husbandry issue that causes the snake to rub so incessantly. Fix it, and the rubbing should settle down.
The tissue, in most cases, will grow back...but, if its really bad, the wound may be reopened a few times during sheds.

It happened when he was shedding. He must have rubbed between the sliding glass doors to initially break the skin.

Been keeping Pits for a lot of years and when mine have been in too small a cage or have not been fed as they choose the rubbing begins. Also if Mites are irritating them they will often rub. In most cases it has to do with an husbandry issue as has been pointed out. By the Way--even after keeping critters for half a century (Man, I am old!!!!!) I consider myself a newbie!!!!
