Need Help to ID "Tree Frog"

Hi all,

This frog was listed on Craigslist as a "tree frog". My husband thinks he is super cute and wants to get him but I would like to get an ID and some care info first. Anyone have any idea just what kind of "tree frog" this is?

Thanks in advance!

My husband did some looking around last night, and that was the conclusion he came to as well. Apparently they are actually native to our area and don't really have any special requirements. If all goes as planned we will be picking him up tomorrow.

Quick question, if they are not hibernated for the winter, will they still make their breeding calls in the spring?
